“Invalid credentials” error- Double-check your email and password
- Try the “Forgot Password” link to reset
- Make sure you’re using the correct login method (Email, Google, Twitter/X, or Discord)
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email
- Click the verification link in the email
- If you didn’t receive it, click “Resend verification email” on the login page
- If you enabled 2FA and lost access to your authenticator app, reach out via the contact form
- Email 2FA codes may land in spam
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere
