Four Calculators
CCTools provides four calculators, selected from the tabs at the top of the page:- $CC Token - Convert between CC and fiat in either direction at the live price, with an advanced mode for break-even targets and price scenarios
- Featured App - Estimate your monthly CC rewards as a Canton Featured App based on your user count and transaction volume
- Validator - Model your node economics: node count, uptime, setup and server cost, against the live validator coupon rate
- Investor - Project your CC portfolio value at different price targets. Canton has no passive staking, so returns come from price appreciation
How Calculations Work
The calculators use real-time network data including:- Current issuance rates per round (Super Validator, Validator, App coupons)
- Number of halvings completed
- Current CC price
