The CCTools public API provides a real-time status dashboard at status.cctools.network where you can monitor the health and performance of all core endpoints.

About the status page

The status page is a public, live dashboard for the CCTools public API. It collects health data continuously and updates automatically:
  • Page refreshes every 30 seconds
  • Each endpoint is checked approximately every 2 minutes
  • Historical data covers the last hour
  • Recent incidents are shown from the past 30 days

What you see on the status page

Overall status

At the top of the page, you’ll see the overall system status displayed as one of three states:
  • All systems operational: Every monitored endpoint is healthy
  • Degraded performance: Some endpoints are not fully healthy or there are active incidents
  • Major outage: Most endpoints are down or there is a critical incident

Per-endpoint health

The status page displays a table of monitored endpoints grouped by category. For each endpoint you can see:
  • Status indicator (green for operational, red for down)
  • Last check time (e.g., “47 seconds ago”)
  • HTTP status code of the most recent response
  • Latency of the most recent check in milliseconds
  • 1-hour uptime percentage
  • Average latency over the last hour
  • Latency sparkline (visual chart showing the last hour of checks using a logarithmic scale)

Active incidents

If there are any ongoing issues, the Active incidents section appears near the top. Each incident card displays:
  • Incident title and severity level (minor, major, critical, or maintenance)
  • Current status (investigating, identified, monitoring, or resolved)
  • Description of the issue, if available
  • Which endpoint(s) are affected
  • When the incident started

Recent incident history

Below the endpoints, you’ll find Recent updates (last 30 days), showing resolved incidents and past status changes. This helps you understand what was recently fixed or changed.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with the CCTools API:
  1. Check the status page first: Visit status.cctools.network to see if there is a known incident affecting your endpoint
  2. Review active incidents: If there is an active incident, check its status and description to understand the issue and any workarounds
  3. Check the affected endpoints: The incident card shows which endpoint(s) are impacted, so you can identify if your call is affected
  4. Report the issue: If the status page shows everything green but you are still experiencing problems, report it via the Report an issue link or contact us at /contact
